Welcome to Sparkling Pools. By accessing our website, submitting a project inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
Sparkling Pools of Texas, LLC offers premium in-ground fiberglass pool construction and custom backyard features, including:

Fiberglass pool installation

Custom water features & rock work

Automated safety covers & Lift Lid systems

Shade structures, lighting, and outdoor enhancements

Pool renovation and equipment upgrades

All services are performed by our in-house team (no subcontractors) and are subject to a written agreement before any work begins.

2. Estimates & Proposals
Initial estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting and are non-binding. Final project pricing may change due to site conditions, design modifications, or material availability. Official pricing will be confirmed in the signed project agreement.

3. Payment Terms
To initiate work, a signed contract and initial deposit are required. Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Late payments may result in penalties or delays in project progress.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work and materials ordered per project, all payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased or construction has begun. Cancellations before commencement may be reviewed case-by-case. Any approved refunds are at the sole discretion of Sparkling Pools and may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.

5. Warranty
Sparkling Pools provides a limited workmanship warranty, which will be detailed in your project agreement. Warranty coverage may vary based on specific materials, scope of work, and third-party equipment used (e.g., Jandy, Aqua Technics, Hydramatic).

6. Website Use
All content, media, and materials on this website are the property of Sparkling Pools of Texas, LLC. No part may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
